激光打標機有效地將激光技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù)有機地結(jié)合在一起，用戶只要在計算機上操作，即可實現(xiàn)激光打標輸出。它還可同時在幾種材料上或凸凹不規(guī)則的表面上打出清晰的標識，具有“一打雙標”或“騎縫標識”的獨特效果，不易仿制。

利用激光打標機在塑料制品表面進行標記是一種加工速度快、可保持塑料制品固有的表面特性、使文字或圖案與塑料成為統(tǒng)一整體的先進打標技術(shù)。激光打標機利用激光束在塑料表面直接生成記號，包括標記、編碼、文字、數(shù)字、圖案、線條、二維碼等，且一次標記成型，無需其他加工工序。
